I am Dr. Tracy Hui, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), educator, and international trainer dedicated to improving the lives of autistic individuals and those with additional learning needs through evidence-based practice.

With more than twenty years of experience in education, inclusive teaching, and behaviour analysis, I have worked across schools, families, community organizations, and professional training environments. My career bridges education and clinical practice, allowing me to translate behavioural science into practical strategies that teachers, therapists, and parents can confidently implement.

I believe high-quality behavioural support should be ethical, compassionate, culturally responsive, and accessible to families and professionals worldwide. Today, my work focuses on education, professional development, international collaboration, and creating innovative learning experiences through technology and online education. Locally, I provide ABA and behaviour support for families and schools in Bristol.
